12 storey condo building under construction on Stoney Creek's waterfront. This is directly beside the ridiculous waterfront-mega complex proposal at 310 Frances. A crane was erected for the project about a month ago, but there are no photo updates yet. Replaces a single storey retail plaza.

I have relatives here - I grew up in this neighbourhood to the west of here - used to come to where they are building this condo when it was a strip mall when hasty market was there and rent movies and get freezies as a kid and candy.. ahh memories..
