Microsoft Data Centre, AKA "YTO14 Data Processing Centre" is a proposed 3 & 3-storey data centre and administration office designed by WZMH for Microsoft (operating as "3288212 Nova Scotia Limited") on the southeast corner of Highway7 and Commerce Valley Drive East in the Commerce Valley neighbourhood of Markham.

There's been pretty active construction going on for at least a few weeks. Excavators, dump trucks coming in and out, etc. Not much to photograph though, and it's a huge site.

Good to see these proceeding. These are significant investments of high quality infrastructure - both here and the one on the old Lowes site off Islington and the 401.
