There's a few large format spec logistics buildings coming on to market lately. I wonder what the lease-up rate is like right now?

I know Panattoni had a couple of spec-build sites in Hamilton (including the Amazon warehouse which they didn't build on spec and the spec-built warehouses next door), and a bunch more sites around. They have now sold them all and pulled out of the Hamilton market.

I wonder what their experience was like. They are a pretty big player . Did they have other lands they flipped and did not build on?
