The address on that website says 390 Leslie, across the street. Could they be putting the sales centre into an existing house across the street? That would be a first for me.

I doubt it would meet zoning - I don't believe a temporary sales centre is a permitted use in an R zone.

Does anyone know what happened with this development proposal?

Seems like the conditions of the Official Plan and Zoning Amendments from the OMB approval were never met and the Site Plan Application hasn't had a new submission since 2020.

Although it seems very farfetched, I was excited to see how it turned out.

There's life - at least about a year ago. But I can't say more; and I wouldn't be aware of what was happening since.
