This was formerly within the scope of the Bazis site that became Oasis Townhomes on Lawrence but is now an independent application covering 589-599 Lawrence Ave W. Proposed is a 4-storey residential rental building (incl. rental replacement) totaling 16 units and a 3-storey institutional building designed by Edward Weinberg Architect for Kollel Toronto.
