Proposal for a major expansion of the existing Sikh Gurudwara temple located in Palermo, Oakville in the southeast corner of Khalsa Gate and Pine Glen Drive. The proposed expansion will take the total building area from 521 square metres to 2601 square metres, including a new main prayer hall, fitness rooms, library, multi-purpose room, and dining and service facilities. The proposal also includes 231 vehicle parking spaces (6 more than required) and 12 bicycle parking spaces, and 77 new trees to be planted.
