Milton seems to remove documents from their development page once they're approved so I'm working with the Traffic Impact Study and a local news article here, but I noticed this massive area had some construction happening and an old stone house had been moved like 150 metres down the street from where it previously was, and this is what I was able to find:
Complex has a maximum building area of around 456,700 square metres across 7 buildings, seems like they have included the possibility of an additional road splitting the 2 largest buildings in half depending on the needs of the site. The development also includes up to 22 office spaces within the buildings, also dependent on tenant needs.
