Grand Bell Condos a master plan community on 7 Erie Avenue in Brantford Ontario Phase 1 coming to close a nearly completie 8-storey condo and 96 units , Pre-Construction in Phase 2 will have 18 storeys and 222 units. Phase 3 and 4 will have an 18-storey condos and unknown units. It will have an retail, office space, and more.

Well, it's not the prettiest........but this part of Brantford will take it.

Mostly a mixture of abandoned and big box retail:

The tracks were still there in 2012, though this building hasn't been an active station for a very long time:

It was a steakhouse at some point, but was already abandoned/disused in 2007 (furthest back Streetview I could find)
