Yes, another (twin) T3 will be on the lot adjacent to the one there now.

given the leasing problems Hines is having with T3 right now, I'd be surprised if phase 2 happens any time soon..

I had a tour last week and they do have a few more possible tenants and said that in their other T3 buildings, they tend to find tenants only after they are built as people love them when they see them. The lack of the streetcar did come up as a 'negative'.
