I don't think there's a thread for this yet. Walked by this sign today. Looks like part of the 'park' in front of these three towers is slated for a dozen infill townhomes.

Ya, I used to live in this complex. They distributed some information about the proposal, it was 17 town homes I think so I guess they scaled it down. I was moving out at the time so I didn't pay too much attention. Too bad though, all the trees out front was kind of nice, made it seem like the complex was smaller than it is.

Bumping this thread to point out that this proposal is still kicking. From arch plans posted on the AIC in March 2017.

The landscaping plans also call for the parking lot behind 25 Lascelles to be redeveloped into a nice walking area with patios for the ground apartments, and a new stairway to the Beltline. The stairs have been built already.
