It would be pretty nice if cathedraltown comes to life with stuff like this.

Despite the kitschy-ness, I'd find it collectively interesting if they can get more critical mass of denser buildings like this in Cathedraltown.

All of our greenfield suburbs should be dominated by low-rise and mid-rise buildings with spacious condos from 1,000 to 3,000 square feet and with commercial space on the lower floors along major streets. They should be comfortable, spacious, and have low maintenance fees.

I didn't see a separate pin here for the future phases (2 and 3) of the Cathedral Town Community; but those are now in Receivership.
