This project was originally shot down by the town years ago. The town decided that this project was not providing enough parking spots in relation to the number of units that were being constructed. The town claimed it would lead to too many cars parking on the side of the road. Did this get sorted out? The project is going ahead now?

The Town of Oakville heard a Recommendation Report to approve OPA & ZBA in June of 2020, as item 5 of this Planning & Development Council Meeting, in which parking is discussed among other issues.
