The property line to the west is fairly straight and visible to naked eye, while on the north and west it is somewhat irregular and follows the forest edge where applicable:

I kind of like the designs of the buildings, especially how little black is used in it. I see they want to integrate part of the bus loop into a new road as well, which is interesting because I would have tried to replace it entirely with the public roads.

There is absolutely no street activity in this area, all that this intersection has is a gas station, and backyard fences in all directions. I think it's fine to have the highest density of uses near the bus loop instead, as long as there's an attractive path there.

The new rendering is updated in the database. The total unit changed from 416 units to 432 units. Total parking space reduced from 400 parking to 397 parking. Rendering taken from the architectural plan via Subdivision application.
