Thanks! If I remember correctly from the plans the units don’t have kitchens/washrooms so this leads me took think that this is going to be a hostel or hotel.

Yes. The plans clearly show tiny bedrooms with a single washroom on each of the three upper floors, and a single small kitchen on the ground floor.

I'm not sure if this is a hostel, a rooming house, or really substandard student housing units.

Thanks! I wonder if that is an elevator? Also the staircase: is it being relocated to the back? I certainly hope they aren’t required to have two indoor stairways for such a small building. Overkill!

I wonder what the income difference is between rooming house and hostel? Talk about different crowds!
