Changes to the 7085 14th Avenue affordable housing project - Units change a bit from 154 to 153, parking has increased from 154 to 169 and bicycle parking has increased from 26 long term and 4 short term to 78 long term and 15 short term.
The supporting Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment was approved by the City of Markham’s development services committee on March 5, 2024 and adopted by Markham City Council on March 20, 2024
