Only 1 level of underground parking + 4 levels of above grade parking in the podium. Has retail at grade.

Nice pair of buildings! Love the black and rustic orange trim around the rectangular windows! As seen in the photos up above .

Anyone think that this area actually has great potential to become an urban centre?

Future phases will develop the area further and add density, there is a lot of pre-existing density, and Promenade Mall to the south also has their own redevelopment plans.

I agree; I think it's going to be a bit of surprise for folks once it's more built out. Vaughan Centre, Markham Centre and RH/Langstaff Centre get all the attention while Thornhill is quietly growing away. It would be getting far more attention if it was closer to Highway 7 or Yonge, but it's really in an area that non-locals would never visit. VIVA service and proximity to the Yonge Subway and the 407 Transitway should help this area along (along with existing VIVA connection to western line 1).

Non-locals currently have no real reason to visit this area, not much offered here is really special enough for them to go out of their way.
