New renderings are updated in the database. The unit count was previously 220 now it changed to 195. The building's storey count went from 14 to 12 and finally parking count went from 150 to 113.

All renderings are taken from the architectural plan via Rezoning Submission.

This hi-rise going to be in front of the 6 floor building on the left, who's tenats cant even afford to move out, and its mostly subsidized... It's going to be a few meters apart, absoletely blocking sunlight, and killing all privacy to tenants. Also, what a disgrace planing to break the ground so close to the graves at the neighborhood cemetery. Shocking.
