"Zoning by-law amendment application to permit five two-storey detached dwellings on five lots fronting on a new public street. In addition to the new public street and residential lots, the proposal also will create an open space block and three remnant blocks which are not to be developed at this time. Associated plan of subdivision application (20 234714 NNY 17 SB) is currently under review."
