Proposal for phase 2 of the hotel complex located at 524 York Road, just north of the QEW at Glendale Ave (the main NOTL interchange) in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The proposal consists of a 10-storey combo Fairfield and Towneplace Suites, both under the Marriott brand, as well as two single-storey restaurants. Phase 1 is located immediately to the north and consists of a Holiday Inn Express and a Staybridge Suites connected by the ground-floor common areas. Both are 6 storeys with 104 and 70 rooms, respectively.
The proposed 10-storey hotel building will have 99 rooms under the Staybridge Suites brand and 108 under the Fairfield brand for a total of 207. Total proposed parking spaces for the entire site is 247, all surface, including 6 accessible spaces. This is 25 short of the minimum requirement but there are an extra 19 spaces in phase 1 immediately to the north.
