4400 Queen Street East: a proposed mixed-use residential, office & retail development ranging from 23 to 43-storeys designed by Turner Fleischer Architects for TACC Holborn Group on the northeast corner of The Gore Road and Queen Street East in Brampton's Bram East area; immediately to the south of TACC Holborne's Citypointe Heights project currently under construction; which can be seen in the renderings below, sourced via the initial submission package:

Comments: I don't like way this site is laid out at all.

It's internal road heavy, the setbacks from the arterials are excessive, the retail is not laid out in a way I think is functional, the parking is excessive, and I'd like to see a larger buffer up against the TRCA Regulated Watercourse area.
