This is another approved development in Kitchener this time it is close to the future Sportsworld Station on Phase 2 of the LRT. The project contains 3 buildings, a 8 floor midrise, an 18 floor tower as well as a 30 floor tower which are connected via a 5 floor podium. The project will contain 616 residential units with both 1brdm and 2brdm units. The development will also contain 14187 sqft of commercial space on the ground floor fronting King and Sportsworld Dr. There is also 596 parking spaces proposed. There are bicycle spaces proposed for the development as well however the exact number is not defined in the plans.
