It will replace a current 4 storey office tower. I checked the city of Mississauga's website and there is no application there yet.

There’s a medical office just to the east of this. A similar four story office building but with twice the parking lot space. This was bound to be up for redevelopment. I’ll be happy to see it go.

Two mixed-use towers with 1,619 residential units is being proposed at this site.

The letter states that the development lies in boundaries of schools that have insufficient capacity. Neighbouring elementary schools are nearing or at-capacity. There are talks between PDSB, the City, and developers to add a new elementary school in the City Centre.
