The City really must improve the road layout here.

There are so many pedestrian and vehicle conflicts with people coming to and from Finch Station across Hendon.

And deploy their section 37 warchest to expand Hendon Park.

this sounds like a cool little “missing-middle” project at Yonge & Finch-3 storeys with 19 homes. And over on Hendon Ave they’re looking at another 3-storey spot with 11 parking spaces. It could help fill the gap between big towers and single houses, and give us more housing choices.
