The previous proposal was designed by Graziani + Corazza Architects for Kingsberg Development Corp & Forgestone Capital.
It is now designed by Z Square Group for Bear Developments, Lorenzo Developments and Angil Development Group (1000311332 Ontario Inc).
Total units increased from 91 to 129.
Height increased from 29.5 to 31.55m
