361 Whitelaw Road, AKA "Paisley Park Community": a proposed 9, 9, 8, 8, 6 & 6-storey residential buildings and 7 x 3-storey townhouse blocks designed by WZMH Architects for Armel Corporation on the southwest corner of Paisley Road and Whitelaw Road in Guelph's Parkwood Gardens neighbourhood.
Initial OPA/ZBA applications date from August 2018. Council then rejected the applications against the city staff recommendation in February 2020, and it was eventually approved at the OLT in November 2021.
