14 units

8 parking spaces - by-law would require 15.

(removing parking by eliminating the minimum requirement would allow more natural area, and lower capital and operating costs)

Does not fully comply w/goals of Toronto Green Standard (no green roof features)

Overall, good proposal; modest, but useful.

Would be nice to see less parking in this location and a green roof feature.

Thanks! I wonder how eliminating the parking would shave off the cost of the project?
