Comments: This site is located just south of Yorkdale Mall.

There are a vast number of proposals/approvals in the immediate area.

Confirmed precedent is ~14s; however, the ask just on the other side of the street, nearby is 28s.

SFH to the immediate east may be a limiting factor here. However, if Yorkdale station is designated MTSA, this site is just at the edge of that ring at 800M away. It's a reach, but it might fly.
 
So we start our update here, by noting that this application is the subject of a Decision Report - Approval Recommended to the next meeting of NYCC.

But as we hadn't seen this one in a bit, I decided to peek back at the AIC and indeed it was resubmitted in May '24.

Notable changes here include:

Height increase to 12s

Unit increase: to 194 (from 148)

Removal of rear laneway

And modified architecture. - new Arch. Firm.
