The application contemplates a 16.5 metre wide public road along with a rear lane to accomodate vehicular access to parking spaces associated with the new dwellings. A total of 781 square metres of amenity space is associated with the redevelopment. Of note an earthen berm is proposed along the northerly end of the site and a wall.
