Paclo Administrator Staff member Member Bio Joined Aug 25, 2020 Messages 3,990 Reaction score 19,808 Oct 15, 2025 #9 Council endorsed a settlement offer here with the following stat changes: Storey count is now considered 7 (previously 6) with the addition of indoor amenity in the mech level Height increased from 22.72 to 24.69m Total residential units increased from 17 to 24 Non-residential space (previously office & retail) has been eliminated Bike parking up from 17 to 19 Updated site plan, ground floor plan & elevations (renderings currently in the database reflect the previous design): Next Case Management Conference (CMC) at the OLT is scheduled for November 5, 2025 Case Information
