Not sure if it is common to start a thread with little to no info, but ACDF Architecture out of Montreal has been teasing their first project in Toronto on Instagram for a little while now. I don't know who the developer is or where it will be located but when we do have more information we can update this thread accordingly.

So now we know who this design is for and where it is! It's been a bit of a wait since November, but it's great to see UrbanCapital continuing to care with their buildings! Front page story here.

Quick comments, overall I'm very impressed by the architectural efforts here, there are many thoughtful elements,

The elevators seem to be one less than ideal; and the parking a bit hefty for something all but next to the subway, but otherwise, much to recommend this one.
 
Thanks! But isn’t the interior park shown in the first image actually being developed right now?
 
Approve it ASAP and start construction as well. then copy/paste it in DT Toronto with extra 30 - 35 stories. 😍

The City of Toronto Planning Division has received an application to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law 7625 to permit a 33-storey residential building with 417 dwelling units. Join us at the Virtual Community Consultation Meeting to participate.
 
Settlement offer here endorsed by council. Revisions include:
  • Increased setbacks from Tippett Road to enable an enhanced public realm with street trees;
  • A reconfigured ground floor lay-out with the residential lobby adjacent to the street to promote an animated public realm
  • Re-oriented access to the loading space and underground garage to reduce the number of curb cuts and the width of the driveway at Tippett Road
  • Inclusion of privately-owned public space (POPS) on the southeast portion of the Lands
