Unfortunately The Social leaves a bad stench on even nice buildings going up near it. Just seeing in this pic drew my attention towards it instead of 199 Church. The effects of that disaster are far reaching.

Social aside, I do like the multi-facades here. Wonder what will go in the commercial and retail unit though.
