Can someone explain to me why this is ok to redevelop but the lands just south of burnamthorpe on central parkway (walking distance to a go station) is considered employment lands? Who says this one is necessarily seen as okay by Mississauga? The zoning right along Burnhamthorpe and right along Dundas are both General Commercial, while the zoning just behind on the side streets is Employment Lands, so proposals in similar situations would face similar rezoning hurdles.
