180-182 Centre Crescent: a proposed 7-storey apartment & public space development designed by Chamberlain Architectural Services for Gervais Development Corporation on the west side of Industrial Parkway, north of Centre Street in Aurora Village.

This is a mostly treed lot now. Centre Crescent is a narrow lane that runs south to Centre Street along the site's west side, with the north end of the right-of-way that continues up to Scanlon Court being unconstructed. The site plans above show the driveway and parking accessed from Industrial Parkway on the east side of the property…

…but as they're proposing residential here, I doubt they want an address on a street called Industrial Parkway. I'll never understand why some municipalities are willing to name streets so unimaginatively that the name they do come up with might actually detract from some potential future uses of the site. Certainly Gervais Dev Corp would rather not advertise the Industrial Parkway address to future residential tenants. Anyway, Aurora should have done what other places do: name streets after the thing you're destroying to build it! Golden Meadows Drive or something else similarly cheeseball would have a far more appeal for residential development here.
