Not specified in the Design Brief...........but based on the colours, every suite may come with a complimentary Shag Rug.

Ralph Giannone (whose firm is doing this job) is on the DRP, I suspect, if it came forward, they would be pretty nice to it.

Ralph is a very likeable guy.

It's not the DRP that goes after colour typically. It's developers and/or their sales agents telling the architect to tone it down to either make it cheaper or more universally appealing as many agents believe that with colour, buildings are less saleable.
