I'd rather see this one another storey taller so as to be compete , especially with the ugly spud to the east. It's overwhelmed by both, and looks squished.
This is between Indian and Dorval roads as Bloor climbs out of the valley at Keele up to Dundas. This will back on the refurbished by unused Keele subway yard. That's 'The Address at High Park' on the left.

Always nice to see a more fine-grained street level added in new developments like this vs. what's currently there. It's usually the opposite!

A 6-storey building has been approved for this site with retail atgrade and hotel use at the upper levels. A total of 9 parking spaces will be provided at the rear of the site, which is accessed via laneway. The applicant is currently working with City Staff to complete an acceptable Site Plan.
