I'm laughing at the idea of calling Humbert one of the fastest-changing streets in the city. There are only about five houses on it, so I guess with two under construction, it might be true from a percentage view.

The entire street is 250 meters long. This is one of three houses on the north side of the street. The rest is a park and a grade school.

The south side of the street has no houses on it, just the side yards from other streets. But sure, this is definitely the fastest-changing street in the city.
