Thanks for the update. I walked by this site lastnight and it definitely seems like a funny spot for such a large residential development, but it is quite private and quiet down that street and it's right next to a public walking path that heads directly to Spencer Smith Park. We will see if the city approves this or will tie it up with the OLT
