Curious to know if there are 3 or 2 towers here. They are showing 3 towers but only marketing two - perhaps the other one is kept as rental?

I beleive the first tower "Spring" was released in 2023 and is about 95% sold. the second tower "Sienna" in April 2024 and the third tower sometime this late spring.

I was up in the GTA over the holidays, I was very surprised to see that Milton now has a very basic (albeit very spread out) skyline that is visible from the 401.
