I am making a separate post for this because I think that this symbolizes a big change about to hit Toronto’s arterials. This former sfd is being converted to 6 units. It is on the south side of Dupont which has, until now, resisted the large scale redevelopment that the north side has seen. Hopefully when people see that ‘gentle intensification’ is neither scary nor disruptive this will really catch on. Taken 12 November.
