A few more details from the June 7 meeting agenda. Note the limited parking spaces proposed:

An 11-storey mixed-use building;  Rooftop amenity space having a total area of 400.3 square metres (4,308.8 square feet); 
Four ground floor commercial units with a total of 584.3 square metres (6,289.6 square feet); 
A total of 82 dwelling units, including:
- 35 one bedroom units;
- 42 two bedroom units;
- 5 three bedroom units; and, 
50 residential, visitor and accessible parking spaces are provided in two levels of below grade parking; and,  A Floor Space Index of 5.08.

There seems to be something called a "tertiary plan" in the docs that provides conceptual development plans for the rest of the block. I definitely welcome the additional prospective density but there doesn't seem to be any indication that the other three quadrants of this tertiary plan are in pre-development stages.

Really needs the podium to be 2-storeys to me, with offices above. It just doesn't have the right expression for me otherwise. The tower bit is ho-hum......
 
One of the houses (previously a hair salon) on this land assembly has been vacated and boarded up, and the commercial units are emptying out. Nothing else to note yet.
