Came across this in the Lobbyist Registry, it's actually an older entry (originally 2016) but still listed as active, w/current activity.
The entry is actually for 110 Maitland and adjacent properties.
This is the property in question, per Streetview:
Now the matter of adjacent properties is also of interest, but it's unclear which direction said properties are in; or could it be both?
To the east we find:
A series of low-rise buldings, one in-use by Sick Kids; and another 2 as low-rise apartments.
While to the west, we find:
A rental hirise with 'vacant' land to its east which is not truly vacant as parking is underneath.

Site Size: The named property is ~1200m2 or just over 12,000ft2, a smidge small, but a workable size and shape. However, we know adjacent properties are under discussion as well, meaning that this will end up being a medium to large
parcel depending on what's in the assembly.
Interesting to note, the Sick Kids building property is actually quite large, it wraps around to Jarvis:
