Pre-application posted September 19 for an 11-storey, 121-unit building at the corner of Gallagher and Plains East in Burlington's Aldershot neighbourhood. Note that it's an L-shaped lot combining 1022 Gallagher and 235 Plains E, wrapping around the actual corner lot (see satellite image below). The pre-application proposes 121 vehicle and 40 bicycle parking spaces across 2 levels of below-grade parking with vehicle access from Gallagher. Pre-app public meeting scheduled for October 6 at 6pm
