Wanted to showcase something a little different for Waterloo Region today. This is a brand new development in the suburban town of Bloomingdale.
Normally I wouldn't share a development that appears to be single detached homes, however this development unique as it looks like the goal is to build a sustainable net zero carbon community.

Very interested to see how this turns out. I'm always intrigued by net zero developments however it seems like an odd location choice for such a development given the lack of nearby transit and amenities. Most certainly people will need vehicles here.
