Matas Homes has an upcoming condo/hotel project in Niagara Falls. Not sure where the exact location is. Design reminds me of Transformers, otherwise it's pretty ugly.

I have had numerous business and project dealings with Matas. They have done a lot of very urban, high end projects in the Oakville area. This project has been on their website for some time now. No details, and Matas seems to have a lot on their plate at the moment relative to their size. This project seems quite a bit different than other projects that I am aware of them having completed, so I am curious how they came by it. I know they took over a condominium project at Maurice and Lakeshore from another developer, so I am wondering if they walked into a project someone else began with this Niagara one as well.

The design is kind of fugly, but it would be nice for Niagara's "stump" to finally be completed!

Hilariously bad. It does look like a robot, one with a tiny head and stubby little Tyrannosaurus arms. Poor Niagara Falls.
