It's not as nice as the Randall, at least they showed some classic design. Not very new - but maybe thats the market here - old guys.

Better question is where do you find development applications on these, Oakville doesnt have the nice program like Toronto.
I wonder how big this site actually is, looks about 60,000 GFA.
