Though a shift might be good, the Building permit looks very 'minor' and makes no mention of the external work.

I was by here just 2 days ago, no camera............the lobby level has been gutted, ceilings, lights, everything stripped.

The BlogTO article and website link refers to new facade. They are certainly doing something with it but unless they have really screwed up it is far from being finished.

The new facade looks terribly shoddy in person. I'm hoping this isn't the final result. It still says "Strathcona" on the south wall.
