There is talk that the end to South Common Mall is round the corner as it suppose to be sold for condos now with Walmart opening a store at Erin Mills Centre. With 2 stores so close to each other, its possible that this store could be moved to Sheridan Centre since Target space is vacant.
The mall itself has been dead for years and if Walmart close this location, its time to tear it down.
This is currently a Smart Centre with a few pads stores and a No Frill store.
What every happen here, one hopes the No Frills is offer a spot here as its badly needed for the area.
