I wish I could do this myself rather than rely on someone else's indulgence. But it would be really cool if one thread could display renderings the "top 25" (or whatever) Toronto projects that are either under construction or CERTAIN to occur in the near future by virtue of the fact they have sold-out or otherwise been funded.

Top 25 as defined by size or architectural merit.

I would not include projects which have been approved because they are not certain to proceed.

35 Walmer is actually at the NW corner of Spadina and Lowther. It's built over the adjacent building's parking garage. It's been underconstruction for a while.
It looks like it has townhomes along Spadina which is a shame.
