Does anyone know anything about the little white deco apartment building at the South/East corner? Its quite old and perhaps in need of refurbishment but its location is really special.
Its on a hillcrest (itself unusual in Toronto), tucked amongst some trees, seems to have a fine southern view, and rests at a non 90-degree intersection which is always dramatic.
