I am currently looking for a condo rental downtown Toronto along the Yonge metro line in the Bay-Yonge Richmond-Bloor square. I currently live in Montreal and just doesn't have the time to shop around for a place to live as I start my new job early February but still am busy with other things in the meantime. I was wondering if anyone would know a good broker that could help me with finding listings and scheduling viewings:confused:? I understand that it is the Holidays season but I plan on being in Toronto for viewing purposes between Christmas and New Year.

I would also appreciate any suggestions on buildings to look at. I have a monthly budget of around $1,600 and would like to maximize what I can get for that price... A nicely equipped kitchen and big windows are important to me as well as decent size/open area. I am looking for a large 1 bedroom or 1 bed + den.

Thanks!:D

You can find many rental listings on craigslist.ca, kijiji.ca and realtor.ca (MLS - you may need an agent for these).

Craigslist is your best bet.

Viewit.ca might also work.

I would recommend expanding your search just a bit to include St. Lawrence Market area (east to Jarvis, south to the Esplanade).
